Friday Night Golf League
We'll start this week with the first competitors of the Friday Night Golf League. Daniel Crosby, Chris Duffy, Ben Leuty and Matt Alp had an enjoyable couple of hours last Friday and shot an impressive 31 gross (nett 29.4) in the Texas Scramble format over the back nine of The Belfry Brabazon course. We have a couple more four balls booked in over the next few weeks, but if anyone else would like to play, the entry sheet is up on the notice board opposite the committee room. Entry is £10 per person with all money going in to the prize fund.

Ladies Divisional Medal
Next we'll move on to the Ladies Divisional Medal played in tough conditions last Wednesday. Terry Wilkinson toughed it out to end up winning with a nett 79 with Sheena Emrick second and Neilma Jary third.
Men's Mid-week Stableford
On Thursday we had the latest Men's Mid-week Stableford and on a frosty day with lots of temporary greens, patience was key. Jack Flaxman stayed patient more than most and ended up winning Division One with 39 points with Wayman Arundle second with 38 points, beating Jim Robinson on countback. In Division Two Andy Klein returned from injury to win with 38 points beating Tony Cranny on countback.
Monthly Stableford
Sunday we had the first Monthly Stableford of the year where the experienced Arthur Fellingham won Division One with 39 points with Les Dukes second on 38 points. In Division Two Jack Flaxman continued his good form by winning with 35 points and in Division Two 'G. Spot', Graham Tovey, won with 39 points with Peter Tindsley second on 38 points.

Each player will get video analysis emailed to them along with notes on what we worked on in the lesson to go away and practice.
Please contact me here if you are interested in improving your game for 2017.
Equipment Survey Responses
Some of you that filled out my equipment survey last year will have received an email from me last week thanking you for filling out the survey with an offer specifically for you in the email. If you have not received a thank you email from me just yet, don't worry yours is coming with your offer.
